One’s knife

Knife #19 of the collection has been delivered too. And it’s beauty!

Packaging of the knife was basic and I like that. I don’t like fancy expensive boxes that you trow away anyway.

The knife is made of a cobalt steel alloy core with layered 13 chrome stainless steel outer lining. Could not find more details about the steel or it’s hardness. What I did notice, this knife is the sharpest knife out of the box I’ve seen. Truly razor sharp so they did a great job on that. Hope that that sharpness will stay for a long time. I also like it’s shape as it’s a mixture of a Japanese Nakiri and a Chinese Cleaver. It has a nice height and is lightweight to work with.
