This is the newest addition to my knife collection. The Ikon 9″, a German made 9″ chef knife from Wüsthof.

The knife is forged of X50CrMoV15 steel which gives it a hardness grade of 58 HRC. The handle, the workmanship, the quality, they are all exceptionally good.
